"Didn’t feel especially secure"
Parking itself was easy, but I didn’t feel that comfortable leaving my car there. When I got there, I didn’t see much in the way of visible security, and staff didn’t seem to be around much either. It kind of felt like if anything happened, they’d make it my problem to deal with. I probably wouldn’t use this spot again for overnight parking.

"Valet was quick and easy"
The valet process was really smooth. The guy helping me was nice, and my car came back fast and clean. I guess I could say it felt a tiny bit rushed at first, but everything worked out great.

"Farther from the airport than I expected"
Heads up!! I booked this place thinking it was basically right by the terminal, but it ended up feeling farther out than I planned. Between waiting for the shuttle and the ride itself, getting to the airport took longer than I expected. Not ideal for an early flight!! Next time I’d probably choose somewhere closer

"Good covered parking option"
I booked covered parking through masterparking.com before my trip and it was easy overall. My car didnt sit out in the sun the whole time, which was nice, and pickup went fine with no real issues.

"Refund is taking way too long"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s taking much longer than I expected. Compared to other places I’ve dealt with, where refunds usually show up quickly, this has been really frustrating.

"Staff could’ve been more understanding"
Parking itself was fine, but the staff made the whole experience feel uncomfortable. They seemed rushed and a bit rude, and when I asked for help, it felt like support was blaming me instead of trying to sort things out. Not the best vibe overall.

I’ve used masterparking.com a few times now, it has saved me from the classic parking panic. Even turning up late in the afternoon, when I fully expected chaos, there was still a spot waiting for me. Booking was simple, and I didn’t have to circle around like I was in some dramatic final scene of a movie. Easy 5 stars from me.

"I might be overthinking it, but the open..."
I might be overthinking it, but the open times were kind of confusing, almost like they don’t want people to know exactly when to show up. I had to double-check a few times, and even then I wasn’t totally sure. The place itself was fine, but clearer hours would make things a lot easier.

"Decent parking, shuttle was a little unpredictable"
Parking itself was easy, and the staff were nice enough. The shuttle to the airport showed up quickly, which was great, but coming back was a different story. We ended up waiting longer than expected and had to call twice. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not something I’d count on if I was in a hurry. I’d probably use them again, but only when I have some extra time built in.

Overall, it was good. I parked and the shuttle came by after maybe 10 minutes, so not too bad. I can’t say if that’s always the case, but it worked out well for me. On the way back, the shuttle was around too, though I did wait a little bit. Staff seemed fine, and the whole thing was easy enough...

"Helpful phone support"
I called masterparking.com because I wasn’t totally sure about my booking time or exactly where I was supposed to park.

The guy I spoke with was clear, patient, and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. It did take a few minutes to get through, but it wasn’t a big deal.

He got everything sorted out and even sent the details over again after the call. Good experience overall, just a slightly shorter wait would’ve made it perfect.

I had to cancel my parking booking last minute and I really thought it was gonna be a whole hassle. But on Master Park it was actually simple. Got the confirmation email fast and the refund details was clear too. Didn’t have to chase anyone around, so yeah 5 stars from me

"Prices were actually clear enough!!"
I booked parking through masterparking.com, and honestly... I appreciated that the price was right there up front!! No random extra fee suddenly showing up at checkout, which is usually the thing that drives me nuts with these kinds of sites!!!
I’m giving it one star off because a few details could’ve been explained a little better?? But overall, the pricing felt honest, easy to check, and not shady before paying!!

"Clean lot and easy enough to use"
From what I remember, the lot was actually cleaner than I expected. I didn’t notice any trash sitting around, and the spaces looked fine overall. It gave me the impression that someone keeps up with it, which I appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do remember the signage being a little unclear, so that could be better.

"Booking was a mess and no one took ownership"
I tried booking and the payment failed twice, which was frustrating enough on its own. What made it worse was that I couldn’t get any clear help afterward. Everyone seemed to pass me around instead of actually taking ownership of the issue, so I was left not knowing what was happening or how to fix it.

I booked my parking through masterparking.com, it was straightforward. I picked my dates and times, finished the reservation, and the confirmation email showed up faster than I expected.

I used masterparking.com to book my parking and it was Easy. The pages loaded fast, the prices were clear, and I didn’t have to Click around forever trying to figure things out. I did the booking on my phone too and it went through without any issues. Would definitely use it again.
